Job summary

Soliant is assisting in staffing a full-time school-based Speech-Language Pathologist in the Houston area. The on-site role serves middle and high school students with IEP goals. The SLP will handle screenings, assessments, ARD meetings, collaboration with teachers and parents, and maintain documentation.

The position offers on-site work, a collaborative team environment, and opportunities to support students’ communication goals across grades 6-8 and 10-12.

Qualifications

• Active Texas SLP license (Texas FL accepted).
• Experience in school-based settings serving middle and/or high school students.
• Ability to manage a comprehensive SLP caseload incl. therapy, diagnostics, ARDs, and collaboration with educational teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted speech and language therapy to adolescents in line with IEP goals.
