Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for a contract role servicing local schools onsite. The assignment runs through June 2027 with a stable schedule across four schools, one per day, and a caseload of about ten students per site.

You will assess, treat, and monitor communication goals, collaborate with teachers and families, complete IEP documentation, and participate in professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active CCC-SLP certification.
• Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain before start date.
• Prior experience working with children in school settings preferred.
• Familiarity with IEP process and documentation.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Compassion, adaptability, and dedication to student growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy to students with diverse needs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEPs.
• Collaborate with staff, teachers, and families to support communication goals.
• Conduct assessments and contribute to multidisciplinary evaluations.
• Maintain detailed records and progress reports.
• Participate in professional development as required.
