Job summary

Soliant Health in Texas is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver direct and indirect services to students within a school-based setting, following IEP goals. The role runs 37.5 hours per week from August to EOSY and is contract-based.

You will conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with teachers, parents/guardians, and special education staff while maintaining compliance with state and federal guidelines.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Valid Texas SLP licensure or eligibility.
• CCC consideration and strong CFY candidates.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to organize and manage caseload effectively.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, positive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services to students, aligned with IEP goals.
• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students’ needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents/guardians.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with guidelines.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to planning and program reviews.
• Provide support and resources for classroom modifications and communication strategies.
