Worldwide TechServices, LLC is seeking a Dynamic PC Support technician to troubleshoot desktops and laptops and provide client-facing service. The role involves direct client interaction, on-site support, and adherence to SLA guidelines.

The position requires 0–2 years of relevant experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel to client locations. OEM certifications must be kept current, and you should communicate effectively while following safety policies.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent; 0–2 years of relevant experience
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
• Maintain OEM certifications as directed by management
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, registration and insurance
• Knowledge of relevant software and hardware

Responsabilités

• Provide customer support for designated equipment
• Accept and deliver service calls within the client SLA
• Meet customer service satisfaction criteria per guidelines
• Complete administrative tasks for each call
• Real-time reporting of all calls per policies
• Control assets and inventory with prompt parts turnaround
• Report activity accurately and timely
• Adhere to safety policies in daily work
• Other duties as assigned to meet business needs
