Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Melbourne, FL seeks an experienced Desktop PC Technician for its Classified Solutions team. This position requires a Top Secret clearance and does not offer telecommuting.

You will install, troubleshoot, and maintain PCs, connect devices to networks, and support IT operations within secure environments. Qualified candidates have a Security+ or higher, Windows/Office proficiency, and experience with SCCM, PowerShell, and AD.

Qualifications

• High School diploma with 2 years relevant experience or an Associates degree with 0 years.
• Security+ certification is required.
• Current US Government Top Secret security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for computers and networks.
• Install, troubleshoot, service PCs and related software.
• Connect PCs to data networks and perform basic setups.
• Assist users and advise on software/hardware purchases.
• Maintain security compliance and SLAs.
• Support remote deployment and ITIL/ITSM practices.
• Coordinate with system admins, service desk, and network engineers.
• Resolves tickets and communicates with customers professionally.
