Paylocity in Meridian, ID is seeking a Chat Service Representative to resolve client payroll and HR system challenges while building strong relationships. The role requires delivering efficient support and using technical knowledge across Paylocity products.

You will collaborate across teams, handle multiple chats, meet service metrics, and navigate Paylocity systems. A Bachelor’s degree and experience in customer service, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent
• Experience in customer service or previous client interfacing role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Coordinate, prioritize, and execute multiple tasks simultaneously
• Asking probing questions
• General support of client services across all segments (Emerging, Majors and Executive)
• Proficient in Excel

Responsabilités

• Issue resolution and escalation when necessary
• Maintain rapport and professional tone with clients across chats
• Multitask in multiple systems and chats simultaneously
• Meet internal client service metrics and ensure client retention
• Navigate Paylocity systems and resources to provide accurate solutions
• Leverage resources to source and validate answers while adhering to policies
• Monitor queue and data entry validation per SOP
