Qualifications

• Coordinate, prioritize, and execute multiple tasks simultaneously.

• General support of client services across all segments (Emerging, Majors and Executive).

Responsibilities

• Issue Resolution: manage workloads, troubleshoot and resolve client issues.
• Client Focus: build rapport, maintain appropriate urgency and tone, and guide clients.
• Timely Solution Delivery: meet internal service metrics and leverage SOPs.
• System Capability: navigate Paylocity products and related systems.
• Leverage Resources: source and validate answers while following payroll policies.
• Quality Control: monitor queue and data entry validation as needed.
