Responsibilities

• Assist patients during on-site registration and arrival for scheduled and unscheduled visits.
• Collect demographic information, insurance information, and patient liability at time of service.
• Perform financial clearance functions on assigned accounts during registration downtimes.
• Provide miscellaneous client service tasks including valuables collection and general assistance.
