Ensemble is seeking a Patient Access Supervisor Champion to lead registration staff at Children's Minnesota - Minneapolis Hospital in Minneapolis, MN. This on-site role requires coordinating daily operations, coaching staff, and ensuring efficient patient access processes.

You will manage onboarding, monitor key metrics, and handle on-call rotations, while upholding compassionate, high-quality service consistent with Ensemble's standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates registration duties with direct and indirect staff; provides training and monitors productivity.
• Produces and reviews reports on department performance (metrics like wait times, productivity).
• Assigns staff schedules, rotates on-call, and controls overtime.
• Oversees upfront collection process tracking and coaching as needed.
• Manages on-call rotation including days, nights, weekends; may fill in for staff.
• Develops department processes, conducts audits, and provides ongoing coaching.
• Acts as resource for staff and assists with operations.
