Job summary

Responsibilities

• Answers and triages incoming calls in a high-volume setting in a courteous and professional manner.
• Responds to incoming appointment requests via email and other channels.
• Works with the contact center to manage phone queue and respond to patients efficiently.
• Accurately schedules appointments according to practice templates and protocols.
• Gathers patient demographics, clinical and insurance information and enters into the system.
