Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a call center or medical office.
• Previous optometry/ophthalmic experience preferred.
• Strong communication and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls for multiple clinics with standard greetings.
• Schedule appointments using electronic system following protocols.
• Verify and capture patient demographics, insurance, and medical information.
• Provide information on appointment details, location, and policies.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate records.
