Qualifications

• High school graduate with previous customer service or call center experience.
• Technology savvy with competency in Office Suite and ability to learn software applications.

Responsibilities

• Answer and triage calls in a high-volume setting in a courteous, professional manner.
• Respond to appointment requests via email and other channels.
• Manage phone queue and respond to patients efficiently with timely service.
• Accurately schedule appointments per templates and protocols.
• Assist referring physicians with scheduling patients.
• Capture patient demographics, clinical and insurance information and enter into the system.
• Learn and apply medical knowledge regarding scheduling and clinical protocols.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Produce a high-quality information experience for patients across the practice.
