Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field.

• Minimum 3 years experience with patient scheduling workflows, referral management, insurance processes, and EMR (Epic/CareConnet preferred).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and operational improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team supporting patient access and care coordination services.
• Oversee intake, scheduling, referral management, and patient navigation operations.
• Analyze workflows and implement process improvements that enhance patient access and operational efficiency.
• Partner with clinical and administrative leadership to optimize patient flow across the division.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex scheduling, authorization, and care coordination challenges.
• Ensure compliance with regulator requirements and organizational policies.
• Maintain hands-on knowledge of front-line operations and provide operational support when needed.
