Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Patient Access Representative for an on-site role at Tower. You will handle admitting duties, verify insurance, collect information, assign MRNs, and ensure smooth patient flow with strong customer service.

The position offers bonus incentives, paid certifications, tuition reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits, with compensation $17.00–$18.15 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CRCR certification required within 6 months of hire (company paid).

Responsabilités

• Perform admitting duties for all patients admitted for services at the hospital.
• Assign accurate MRNs, complete medical necessity and compliance checks, and provide patient instructions.
• Collect insurance information and receive/process physician orders.
• Utilize an overlay tool while delivering excellent customer service measured by Press Ganey.
• Screen eligibility responses in the insurance verification system and enter benefit data to support POS and billing.
• Explain and distribute patient education documents and consent forms; obtain signatures as required.
• Conduct audits of accounts and ensure timely, accurate forms to meet audit standards.
