National Beef is seeking a Parts Room Lead in Moultrie, GA to oversee daily operations of the Parts Room and its clerks. You will manage requisitions, track inventories, and ensure compliance with purchasing procedures while coordinating with vendors for cost-effective sourcing.

The role requires 1–2 years in inventory management and strong Excel/data skills, with emphasis on accuracy, timeliness, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. On-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years inventory management or manufacturing accounting experience preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, formulas, and data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail with math and process skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated; must organize and assign tasks as needed.
• Ability to cover shortages; flexible hours.
• SAP/ERP system experience is a plus.
• Accounts payable knowledge is a plus.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily workflow and Parts Room Clerks.
• Enter and complete requisitions in the inventory control system.
• Obtain order confirmations for all Purchase Orders before filing.
• Ensure parts room policies and purchasing procedures are followed.
• Monitor expenditures and supplier pricing; seek alternative sources.
• Maintain records for employee boot purchases and inventory adjustments.
• Conduct physical inventory and reconcile with computerized records.
• Coordinate and process outgoing freight per schedule.
• Reduce obsolete inventory and manage over-max/zero max items.
• Process vendor invoices with data for payment and records.
