AH Group is seeking an On-Site Account Representative to manage inventory and logistics of spare parts at a customer facility. This embedded role works on the plant floor with direct interaction with the customer to identify, track, and ship parts quickly.

The position emphasizes urgency, proactive communication with suppliers, accurate ERP data entry, and a strong focus on preventing downtime while delivering exceptional service.

• Exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, phone, and in-person; daily interaction with plant personnel and suppliers.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and collect failed or flagged industrial machine parts from the customer facility.
• Enter and update all part data and transactions in the ERP system with accuracy and timeliness.
• Communicate proactively with suppliers to manage open orders and expedite critical parts.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments; verify and document all activity.
• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for the customer, providing updates and driving urgency to minimize downtime.
