Job summary

LCI Brand is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service with recognition for every customer. The role is on-site at Ft. Wainwright, Monday–Friday 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, with possible schedule variations by store.

Responsibilities include accurate computerized checkout, requesting warehouse items, stocking shelves, and maintaining store cleanliness. This position emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and reliable, friendly service in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 1 year relevant work experience.
• Basic retail knowledge and accuracy with computerized checkout systems.
• Excellent interpersonal communication with customers, vendors and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service with customer recognition and interface the most critical element.
• Accurate computerized checkout.
• Requesting and identifying material from the warehouse and shelf stocking.
• Store cleanliness both in and outside.
• Other duties as requested by Manager and/or Assistant Manager
