Job summary

LCI Brand is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver excellent service with recognition for every customer at our Ft. Bragg site. The role emphasizes accurate checkout and proactive, friendly communication in a fast-paced retail environment.

The successful candidate will handle day-to-day store tasks, stock materials from the warehouse, and maintain a clean, orderly workspace while supporting the store team and management as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with one year relevant work experience.
• Basic retail knowledge and accuracy with computerized checkout systems.
• Requires excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service with customer recognition and interface the most critical element.
• Accurate computerized checkout.
• Requires excellent communication skills.
• Requesting and identifying material from the warehouse and shelf stocking.
• Store cleanliness both in and outside.
• Other duties as requested by Manager and/or Assistant Manager.
