Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field (or PhD/PsyD in Psychology).
• Licensed as LCSW, MFT, or Clinical Psychologist eligible for independent practice; 2+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of clinical services within the clinic.
• Consult with leadership on program performance and needs.
• Facilitate staff meetings for communication and treatment planning.
• Provide direct client care including individual, family, and group therapy.
• Coordinate with external clinicians and medical staff on treatment and medication evaluations.
• Audit client charts to ensure documentation standards are met.
• Develop and implement clinical programming with the Program Director.
• Monitor HIPAA compliance and professional boundaries.
