Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a Spanish bilingual Recovery Coordinator in Bakersfield, CA to deliver outreach, case management, and mental health services. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care to empower clients toward stability and wellness.

Responsibilities include counseling, crisis intervention, and ensuring HIPAA compliance. The role requires driving clients as needed and building community partnerships. This is a full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• AA/AS/BA in human services, psychology, or related field required.
• One year of case management or psychiatric treatment experience required.
• Valid California driver’s license and active auto insurance.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills; excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication.
• Intermediate computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client intake and complete comprehensive assessments of client needs and life situations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and families.
• Coordinate and manage services to ensure effective implementation of care plans.
• Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and skill-building services.
• Maintain regular client contact, including home visits, to provide support and intervention.
• Facilitate access to community resources and monitor effectiveness of services.
• Transport clients as needed to support community integration.
• Maintain daily documentation including service notes and billing in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with community agencies and service providers.
• Meet monthly productivity requirement of 100 hours.
