Job summary

Clarvida in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a Clinical Manager Track One to supervise the clinical staff at a site and ensure mental health treatment services are delivered in a way that maximizes client independence and family empowerment.

You will provide direct client care (individual, family, group therapies), coordinate with the medical director and outside clinicians, and lead regular treatment team meetings while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field with licensure.
• Licensed in CA (LCSW/MFT/Clinical Psychologist) to practice independently.
• CA driver's license and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the clinical services of a clinic.
• Lead regular staff meetings and treatment team leadership.
• Provide direct client care (individual, family, group therapies).
• Coordinate with medical director and outside clinicians on treatment issues.
