Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, amenities, building exteriors, common areas, parking lots and other community buildings.
• Remove trash from common areas and property perimeter daily.
• Assist in preparing units, including trash-outs before make-ready.
• Support Maintenance Technician/Property Manager and perform assigned tasks on time.
• Assist in cleaning available apartments/models and troubleshoot/repair basic issues.
