Acadian Ambulance Service, Inc. is seeking a full-time EMS professional for ambulance coverage in an industrial environment in Lubbock, Texas.

The role provides Advanced, Intermediate and Basic Life Support care to patients and ensures safe transport and handoffs to facilities. The candidate will follow local/state/National EMS protocols and SMS standards, work with a multi-disciplinary team, and participate in regular equipment checks and safety inspections.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Texas EMS license. Nationally Registered a plus.
• Minimum of 1 year of EMS / ALS / BLS experience.
• BLS required. ACLS (Paramedic required).
• Current and valid state driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate professionally and effectively.
• Must be knowledgeable of company protocols, operational procedures and safety policies.

Responsabilidades

• Documents patient condition and treatment on EMS run reports.
• Conducts regular equipment inventory and testing for EMS equipment.
• Reports repairs to maintenance and supervisors.
• Examines patient for signs/symptoms and assists other medical personnel.
• Provides basic to advanced life support before and during transport.
• Ensures safe transport of patient to medical facility and handoff of care.
