Job summary

Acadian Ambulance Service, Inc. is seeking a full-time EMS professional in Texas to provide Advanced, Intermediate, and Basic Life Support in an industrial EMS environment. You will document patient care, manage equipment, and ensure safe transport under approved protocols.

The role requires a Texas EMS license (Paramedic preferred), 1 year EMS/BLS/ALS experience, and strong communication with teams and patients. Competitive benefits and schedule flexibility offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Texas EMS license required; paramedic preferred.
• EMT/Paramedic credentials with strong patient-care focus required.
• Ability to read, write and communicate professionally with staff and supervisors.
• Knowledge of company protocols, procedures and safety policies is essential.

Responsibilities

• Documents patient condition and treatment on EMS run reports and records non-medical information as required.
• Maintains and inventory medical equipment, ensuring readiness for EMS operations.
• Performs patient assessment and delivers basic, intermediate or advanced life support as per licensure.
• Provides safe transport of patients and transfer of care to receiving facility personnel.
• Maintains sanitation and restocking of the ambulance and equipment after transports.
• Follows FCC regulations when using electronic communications equipment.
• Attends mandatory meetings and completes required workstation duties on 12-hour shifts.
• Assists with safety inspections, inspections of regulatory and client sites as needed.
• Performs data entry and record keeping; performs other duties as assigned.

Skills

EMS license

1 year EMS/ALS/BLS experience

BLS certification

ACLS (Paramedic required)
