Job summary

International SOS in Lake Charles, LA is seeking a full-time Paramedic for day shifts to provide life-saving care on site for an industrial client. The Paramedic will assess, plan, implement and evaluate clinical care as part of an interdisciplinary team, serving as a patient advocate and ensuring proper documentation and communication.

You will deliver advanced life support, coordinate with the Medical team, and transport patients to the hospital when needed.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Paramedic in Louisiana.
• ACLS, BLS, CPR/AED certifications required.
• Minimum 3 years of paramedic experience in a clinical or urgent setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate ambulance equipment and respond to emergencies.
• Coordinate with the team during emergency responses.
• Provide basic and advanced life support to patients.
• Transport patients safely to hospital or healthcare facility.
• Assess patient condition and document vital signs and history.
• Assist with medical procedures within licensed scope.
