Job summary

International SOS is seeking a full-time Paramedic for an industrial client in Port Sulphur, LA. The role provides first aid, life support, and on-site medical care, collaborating with a medical team to protect worker health.

Candidates must have ACLS, BLS, CPR/AED, at least three years of paramedic experience, and the ability to reliably commute to the site. Monday–Friday, 6:00am–6:00pm, on-site duties.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited paramedic program.
• 1 Minimum of three years of paramedic experience.
• 2 Experience in a clinic setting (urgent care/ER) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate ambulances and respond to emergencies.
• Provide basic and advanced life support care.
• Prepare patients for transport to hospital facilities.
• Document patient vitals and treatments accurately.
• Assist physicians and clinical team leaders as directed.
• Maintain readiness and participate in ongoing training.
