Job summary

Luxer One Liaison in Denver, CO is seeking a friendly, organized professional to provide on-site package management services for upscale apartment communities. You will establish a visible on-site presence and support residents with package-related questions and account inquiries.

Responsibilities include logging deliveries, delivering packages up to 60 lbs to doors or units, organizing shelves, and auditing aging packages.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience in a client-facing role.
• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation; live in or near the service area.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site presence and assist residents with package questions.
• Log recently-delivered packages into the property's management system.
• Deliver packages to resident doors or in-unit (60lbs MAX).
• Arrange and label packages on shelving for quick retrieval.
• Identify aging or stale packages and correct records.
