Luxer One is seeking a friendly, organized Liaison Package Handler for Downtown Austin, TX. This part-time role focuses on managing package rooms and locker systems at upscale apartment communities, delivering excellent resident service and maintaining accurate records.

You will maintain on-site presence, use our software, and collaborate with property staff and Luxer One Support. Ideal candidates are reliable, tech-savvy, and ready to lift items up to 60 lbs. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–2 years of customer service in a client-facing role.
• Reliable transportation to service area.
• Comfortable using technology and digital package management software.
• Strong organizational and independent problem-solving abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform physical tasks safely.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and written support to residents with package questions.
• Log delivered packages into the property management system.
• Deliver packages to resident doors or in-unit (up to 60 lbs).
• Arrange and label packages for quick resident access.
• Identify aging or stale packages via audits and software.
• Email residents, property staff, and manager using Gmail.
• Serve as liaison between the property and Luxer One Support.
• Troubleshoot lightweight hardware/software of locker systems.
