Job summary

Madison Communities is seeking a proactive, organized Construction Manager to support development and construction efforts on behalf of the owner. The role focuses on ground-up multifamily projects, with on-site oversight and meticulous document control.

You will lead coordination with General Contractors, vendors, and design teams, while owning schedules, budgets, and quality controls. Regular site visits and reporting are required to keep milestones on track.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in construction or related field.
• Experience with multifamily development is preferred.
• Ability to manage RFIs, submittals, pay applications, and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day project execution across development pipeline, focusing on ground-up multifamily construction.
• Coordinate with General Contractors, vendors, design teams, and consultants to align deliverables and decisions.
• Act as owner-side representative, tracking milestones, budgets, and quality; escalate issues impacting schedule or cost.
• Own document control and workflow management, including drawings, submittals, RFIs, minutes, and closeout documents.
• Prepare concise project reporting on schedule status, budget performance, risks, and corrective actions.
