Job summary

The Annex Group in Madison, WI is seeking a Multi-Family Superintendent - Construction to lead onsite coordination of our projects. You will bring 10+ years of commercial construction management experience and oversight across earthwork to punch lists, ensuring owner needs are met and schedules stay on track.

This role requires strong leadership, meticulous documentation in Procore, and the ability to manage crews, safety, and budget performance in a fast-paced, team-first environment.

Qualifications

• Field experience is extremely valuable; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Multi-family market experience required.
• 10+ years as a manager of commercial construction; strong construction knowledge.
• Need email and MS Office proficiency.
• Willingness to use other job-related technology tools.
• OSHA/LEED accreditations preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule projects; coordinate with PM to keep on track.
• Schedule manpower daily, weekly, monthly per master schedule.
• Documentation, quality control, and safety oversight on the job.
• Control project costs by weekly evaluation of labor, material, equipment costs.
• Receive and inventory materials procured by GC.
• Evaluate work in place or budgets based on actual output and history.
• Demonstrate superior construction process knowledge.
• Provide leadership through team building and communication.
• Manage, mentor, and coach project-level staff.
• Prepare daily reports and photo documentation in Procore with Assistant Superintendent.
