Job summary

Hoffman-Construction is seeking an OSM Materials Coordinator to join the Procurement department's Supply Chain team at the Boise project site. You will help expedite, track, and ensure traceability of Off-Site Manufacturing materials, coordinating with vendors and integrators to maintain material visibility and proper delivery schedules.

This role requires close collaboration across teams, preparation of shipping release notices, and entry of shipment data into E1 ERP and Smartsheet.

Qualifications

• Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate proactively and work across teams.
• Must be able to plan and organize work and read construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Support expediting, tracking, and traceability of OSM materials at the Boise jobsite.
• Provide cross-team support for the OSM group including attending workgroup meetings and updates.
• Collect and verify packing lists, bills of lading, tag numbers and shipment details for vendors and integrators.
• Issue SRNs for OSM shipments and provide shipping instructions and QR barcodes.
• Verify shipments on arrival and log shipment data in ERP and Smartsheet.
• Assist vendors with SiteSense software for shipping, receiving, and reporting damage.
