Job summary

Jergens, Inc. is seeking a capable coordinator to manage order status and expedite processes across Customer Service, Planning, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Quality. You will walk the shop floor, verify progress, and coordinate with various teams to meet on-time delivery goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in manufacturing, production planning, customer service, or supply chain role.
• Proficient with an ERP/MRP system and able to maintain real-time data.
• Strong communication and collaboration with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates customer orders due within the next two weeks and communicates steps to get back on track.
• Manages true expedites from initiation through delivery and notifies issues promptly.
• Acts as the point person for Customer Service on delivery status updates and expedite requests.
• Monitors late jobs, late FG PO's, and variances; generates expedite reports.
• Maintains job status in ERP/MRP; escalates issues to management as needed.
• Supports inventory accuracy through cycle counts and WIP reconciliation.
