Job summary

CAcafe is seeking an Operations & Fulfillment Manager in Upland, California. The role covers e-commerce fulfillment, roadshow planning, warehouse operations, inventory tracking, and customer service during standard Monday–Friday hours.

The position is full-time, on-site, with $28-34 per hour pay and potential overtime. Responsibilities include processing orders from multiple channels, coordinating shipping and roadshows, maintaining inventory accuracy, and providing operational reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, warehouse coordination, e-commerce fulfillment, or related fields.
• Experience processing orders from Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, or eBay is preferred.
• Forklift experience or certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• E-Commerce Fulfillment: process daily orders, print labels, coordinate carrier pickups, assist with Amazon FBA/FBM, track shipments, ensure timely shipping.
• Roadshow Operations: coordinate roadshows, recruit staff, provide training, track sales and inventory, ensure timely logistics.
• Warehouse and Inventory Operations: pack, label, track pallets, maintain organized inventory, conduct counts, use Excel/Sheets for records, operate forklift.
• Customer Service: respond to inquiries, resolve issues, maintain records of complaints and resolutions.
• Reporting and Operational Support: maintain master task tracker, prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports, identify issues and propose solutions.
• Communication Expectations: acknowledge messages promptly, provide estimates, share daily updates, communicate delays proactively.
