Qualifikationen

• A minimum of 3 years clerical experience and/or procedural scheduling systems experience is required.
• Experience with surgical scheduling systems is preferred.

• Performs surgical, anesthesia, and ophthalmology scheduling and clerical duties.
• Assigns surgical cases and anesthesia resources to time slots with proper equipment and staff.
• Coordinates with physicians, clinics, service coordinators, and department contacts to resolve discrepancies.
