Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a disciplined Manufacturing Supervisor to lead Technicians in a high-volume production plant in Morristown, Tennessee. You will plan schedules, optimize processes, and drive OPEX initiatives while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

This role requires leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on coaching. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of supervisory experience, with strong SAP and FP&R knowledge, and Lean Six

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business related field).
2+ years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong proficiency in SAP systems and FP&R Standards
Proficiency with Google Suite applications
Lean Six Sigma certification
1+ year of working knowledge of production and process equipment, preferably in a processing industry such as food, chemicals or pharmaceuticals
Ability to manage production activities, resource allocation, shift coordination, and schedule management to meet production goals
Ensure adherence to GMP, QA, Food Safety, and environmental health standards
Ability to communicate ideas clearly, listen to others, and promote efficient information flow
Ability to manage conflict and labor relations issues
Work collaboratively with internal and external partners and leadership
Demonstrate leadership values aligned with Leadership Principles

Responsibilities

Direct and coordinate the activities of Technicians engaged in production and establish work schedules and sequences.
Drive OPEX and continuous improvement, adhere to EHS, Quality standards, maintain KPIs, lead OPEX initiatives.
Track KPIs and prepare Plant Performance Reports on inventory, yield variances, and implement improvements.
Lead the Autonomous Maintenance program on the floor and drive progress.
Coordinate with supervisors and facility leaders to ensure seamless workflow.
Provide ongoing coaching to Technicians to build competencies and self-sufficiency.
Coordinate technical training to meet business needs and resolve labor concerns.
Ensure adherence to GMP, QA, Food Safety, and safety issues; lead incident investigations and corrective actions.
