Job summary

Colgate in Sanford, Maine is seeking a Team Leader to drive technical performance and lead a 1st and 3rd shift manufacturing team. You will coach Technicians and oversee Autonomous Maintenance to maximize asset and operator efficiency.

You will lead AM, drive OPEX, supervise production flow, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with Food Safety, GMP, and EHS standards while developing the team and improving processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering.
• Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment (climbing, kneeling, lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Ability to work irregular shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to support 24/7 operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Autonomous Maintenance (AM) program on the floor.
• Drive Operational Excellence (OPEX) and adhere to EHS, Quality standards.
• Provide coaching and development for Technicians and coordinate technical training.
