Job summary

Standard Supply is seeking a Location Manager to oversee daily on-site operations at a customer’s location, drive operational excellence, manage on-site inventory, and ensure superior customer service.

Candidates should have a business-related degree (preferred), industrial supply or HVAC experience, proven leadership, strong communication, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships while working in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall daily on-site operations at the customer’s location.
• Support customer product ordering and selection needs.
• Ensure compliance with SSD processes and procedures for on-site inventory.
• Deliver operational excellence through KPI achievement.
• Maintain an organized, well-labeled, and accurate inventory.
• Partner with internal teams to share and raise relevant customer information.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly resolve customer and internal issues.
• Lead by example and demonstrate the company’s Core Values in all activities.

About the Role

We are seeking a Location Manager to oversee the daily operations at a customer’s place of business. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, managing on-site inventory, and ensuring superior customer service.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Location Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing overall daily on-site operations at the customer’s location.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a candidate who has:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (preferred).
• Industrial Supply or HVAC experience (preferred).
• Proven leadership ability with experience managing operations or teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
• Willingness and ability to work in a warehouse environment on a consistent basis.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screen.
