Job summary

3B Supply is an industry leader in Integrated Supply Solutions. In this position, you will work directly with the customer at their site, managing all operations for the Industrial Supply Program and driving service levels.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in storeroom operations, inventory control and sourcing, with MRO knowledge. You will communicate clearly, analyze needs, and deliver savings while maintaining safety and compliance on the customer site.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in storeroom operations and inventory control.
• Experience in MRO, parts management or maintenance.
• Product knowledge of various MRO items.
• Strong written and verbal communication; computer literate (Word/Excel).

Responsibilities

• Manage customer’s indirect parts inventory across MRO products (tools, abrasives, pipe, chemicals, valves, fittings, etc).
• Maintain trust and good relationships with customer staff and management.
• Assist customers in researching product needs, sourcing and procurement to fulfill requirements.
• Prioritize customer needs and time management on a daily basis.
• Enter, develop and retrieve information using a PC and present orally and in writing.
• Multi-task, work independently with minimal direction.
• Be organized, detail oriented, and troubleshoot discrepancies.
• Engage in meeting or exceeding savings goals.
• Deliver continuous improvement solutions focused on savings, timelines and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental policies.
