Job summary

Standard Supply is seeking a Location Manager to oversee daily on-site operations at a customer’s site, starting with training in Houston and transitioning to a leadership role in Pearland. You will drive inventory control, customer product ordering, and service excellence while upholding our core values and SSD procedures.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (preferred), leadership experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field preferred.
• Proven leadership ability with experience managing operations or teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop and strengthen long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall daily on-site operations at the customer’s location.
• Support customer product ordering and selection needs.
• Ensure compliance with SSD processes and procedures for on-site inventory.
• Deliver operational excellence through KPI achievement.
• Maintain an organized, well-labeled, and accurate inventory.
• Partner with internal teams to share and elevate relevant customer information.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly resolving customer and internal issues.
• Lead by example and demonstrate the company’s Core Values in all activities.
