Job summary

Standard Supply is seeking a Location Manager to oversee daily on-site operations at a customer’s location in Texas. The role starts with training in Houston and transitions to Pearland, emphasizing operational excellence and accurate on-site inventory.

You’ll drive customer product ordering, ensure SSD process compliance, and deliver outstanding service. A business-related degree (preferred), leadership experience, and HVAC/industrial supply background are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (preferred).
• Industrial Supply or HVAC experience (preferred).
• Strong leadership ability with experience managing operations or teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
• Willingness and ability to work in a warehouse environment on a consistent basis.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screen.

About The Role

We are seeking a Location Manager to oversee the daily operations at a customer’s place of business. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, managing on-site inventory, and ensuring superior customer service. The position will begin with training in Houston before transitioning to full-time leadership in Pearland.
