Job summary

Univar Solutions USA Inc. is seeking a Site Manager for OSS in Swepsonville, NC. You will oversee operations, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and lead a local team including supervisors, material handlers, and administrative staff.

You will coordinate with Health & Safety, Regulatory, and HR managers, support sales/purchasing decisions, and ensure contractual adherence while driving profitability at the site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years' experience in waste operations, hazardous waste, recycling, or material operations management.
• Strong verbal and written communication; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain 100% safety track record with SOPs, toolbox talks, and JHA.
• Manage local on-site team including hiring, performance reviews, and development.
• Ensure environmental compliance with regulatory agencies and audits.
• Serve as face of the company and liaison with the Customer.
• Identify new project opportunities with Business Development and Account Managers.
• Manage logistics: manifests, BOLs, routing, and waste profiling.
