Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field preferred.
• Industrial Supply or HVAC experience preferred.
• Proven leadership ability with operations or teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
• Willingness and ability to work in a warehouse environment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

About The Role

We are seeking a Location Manager to oversee the daily operations at a customer's place of business. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, managing on-site inventory, and ensuring superior customer service.

Who We're Looking For

• A Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (preferred).
• Industrial Supply or HVAC experience (preferred).
• Proven leadership ability with experience managing operations or teams.
