Vertex Inc. is seeking a part-time, on-site intern to gain practical experience in B2B SaaS while learning about tax, compliance, and certificate processes. You will communicate with customers primarily by email, gather information, and follow established procedures using Microsoft Office and specialized software. This role supports customers across all U.S.

time zones within 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday, in the King of Prussia area.

Formación

• Strong, professional written communication skills and the ability to ask clear follow-up questions.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Comfort learning and using specialized software tools.
• Ability to work on-site in the King of Prussia area for at least 20 hours per week.
• Relevant education, training, or professional experience.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with customers primarily by email and gather information.
