Job summary

Third Sector New England is seeking an Operations & Facilities Manager to oversee two Brooklyn worker-center sites and Deliverista Hub operations. The role is on-site, focusing on facilities, IT coordination, and vendor management to ensure a safe, efficient environment.

Applicants should have 4+ years in nonprofit operations, strong organizational skills, and experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems. Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• At least four years of progressively responsible experience in operations or nonprofit administration.
• Experience with immigrant organizations strongly preferred.
• Experience with office operations, facilities coordination, and administrative systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and cloud-based applications.
• Experience with CRM databases – PowerBase/CiviCRM a plus.
• Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience in nonprofit settings and inventory management is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish or French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations at two Brooklyn centers and Deliverista Hub network.
• Liaise with building management and outside vendors for facilities and repairs.
• Coordinate repairs, renovations, and space planning as needed.
• Maintain inventory of office and program supplies and place orders.
• Oversee hardware and technology, coordinate equipment purchases and upgrades.
• Support organization-wide technology implementations and staff training.
• Other duties as assigned.
