Job summary

Third Sector New England, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead hands-on, on-site office operations, facilities, and technology coordination for its two Brooklyn worker centers and Deliverista Hub network in New York City.

This role requires strong vendor management, cross-team collaboration, and ongoing maintenance of efficient, welcoming spaces and robust administrative systems across sites.

Qualifications

• At least four years of progressive experience in operations, office management, nonprofit administration, or related field.
• Experience with immigrant organizations strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and cloud-based applications.
• Experience with CRM databases; PowerBase/CiviCRM a plus.
• Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for two Brooklyn worker centers and Deliverista Hub(s).
• Liaise with building management and outside vendors for facilities, maintenance, and repairs.
• Coordinate office repairs, space planning, and inventory management.
• Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and IT staff.
• Support technology implementations and staff training.
• Maintain and improve administrative systems across locations.
