TSNE MissionWorks is seeking an Operations & Facilities Manager to oversee office administration, facilities, and technology coordination for two Brooklyn worker centers and a Deliverista Hub network in Manhattan. This is a 100% on-site role requiring hands-on management and vendor liaison in a nonprofit setting.

You will manage day-to-day operations, coordinate with building management and contractors, maintain inventories, and support organization-wide IT implementations.

Formación

• 4+ years of progressively responsible experience in operations, office management, nonprofit administration, or related field.
• Experience with immigrant organizations preferred.
• Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all day-to-day operations at two Brooklyn worker centers and the Deliverista Hub network.
• Coordinate with building management, vendors, and IT service providers to maintain facilities and office systems.
• Manage inventory, mail, space planning, and office supplies; ensure a safe, welcoming environment.
• Support technology implementations and staff training across the organization.
