Job summary

Fox Fine Jewelry in Ventura, CA, seeks a highly organized, detail-oriented administrator to keep daily operations running smoothly. This on-site role supports operations, job tracking, inventory, and client and vendor communications, with flexible part-time or full-time hours.

Responsibilities include tracking in-process jobs, updating the POS, managing inventory, shipping/receiving, and assisting with Shopify product uploads and marketing emails.

Qualifications

• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and adapt to changing needs.
• At least three years of office experience.
• Experience with AI tools, Shopify, photo or video editing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Track in-process jewelry jobs and update records in the POS system.
• Enter inventory and manage shipping, receiving, and supplies.
• Answer phones and communicate with clients and vendors by phone, email, and text.
• Assist with Shopify product organization and website inventory uploads (optional).
• Support photography, videography, graphic design, signage, and marketing emails (optional).
