Qualifications

• 1+ years of Pershing or other custodial experience.
• 1+ years of administrative assistant experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft365.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and guests with professional, courteous service.
• Consult clients for template approval and assist with scheduling appointments.
• Assist with document management: file/scan docs, log checks/receipts, open new accounts.
• Perform general office tasks: maintenance, supply management, mail processing, and special projects.
