Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in the financial services and/or securities industries.
• 1+ years of Pershing or other custodial experience.
• 1+ years of administrative assistant experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft365.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and guests with professional communication.
• Consult clients for template approvals and schedule appointments.
• Assist clients with scheduling and general technology inquiries.
• Manage document handling, file and scan documents, log checks and receipts, open new accounts.
• Support office maintenance, supply management, and mail processing.
