Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in the financial services and/or securities industries.
• 1+ years of Pershing or other custodial experience.
• 1+ years of administrative assistant experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft365.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and guests, consult clients for template approval, and assist clients with scheduling appointments and general technological inquiries.
• File and scan documents, log and track checks and receipts, and open new accounts for clients.
• May be requested to complete general office maintenance, supply management, mail processing, and other special projects.
